The words this week are:
Ebb, Negotiate, and Random.
Here's Mine:
First an Allen Ginsberg style American Sentence.
Sometimes she would negotiate the tidal ebb and flow at random.
And for The American Sandwich game.. a NanoAmerico^
which is an American Sentence sandwiched between two shorter sentences or statements.
When the guide wasn't there.
Sometimes she would negotiate the tidal ebb and flow at random.
Until the day that she got stuck in the mud.

Then an anagram of the three words
in the NaiSaiKu style.
Begin mantra ode "To be..."
could be an anagram of
EBB NEGOTIATE RANDOM
which is an anagram of
'Me Baboon' integrated.

And a little Flash 55 story:
STUCK IN THE MUD
Dave was forever telling Dawn that she shouldn't cross the bay, unless the official guide was present. But the headstrong Dawn wouldn't listen to that kind of advice. Sometimes she would negotiate the tidal ebb and flow at random. Until the day that she got stuck in the mud, and Dave had gone to work.
