ReplyDeleteI LOVE the American sentence! That's a perfect description of Flash Fiction.
ReplyDeleteClever You! 'not half sci-fi' is an anagram of 'flash fiction' you cryptic barsteward! You owe me a pint, or two!
ReplyDeleteBarney (at the pub)
I like the american sentence though I don't think flash is crytic as much as it is incredibly distilled. Thanks for the read.

I liked it.
ReplyDeleteI notice that several folks italicize or print the 3W's in bold. To me, it initially distracts from the whole of the piece.
But then, I could be just simple minded. I'll blame it on all that tequila in my twenties.
You stopped writing or what?
